2. Notification
Acceptance of the batteries takes place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm in Offenbach by prior arrangement, at the latest 7 days before the planned delivery. The drop-off can be arranged by email or phone. After an appointment has been arranged, written confirmation will be provided by Saubermacher Recycling GmbH.
The following information must be provided in the notification:
- Customer
- Delivery Date
- Carrier
- Material (see delivery notice)
- Packaging i.e. loading aids
3. Papers
Drivers report to the materials planning division of Saubermacher Recycling GmbH with the legally required papers regarding transport and waste legislation.
4. Further conditions
The delivery must take place in approved containers. Euro pallets may only be exchanged in the quantity delivered. The availability of pallets cannot be guaranteed by Saubermacher and requires a separate agreement. Saubermacher Recycling GmbH assumes no liability for any prolonged downtimes during loading and unloading.
5. Weighing
Weighing takes place using a weighbridge. After completion of the unloading procedure, deliverers are given a corresponding copy of the weighing note.

6. Area for sorting and recycling (battery mixes)*:
* The battery mixes are calculated on the basis of a conventional household battery mix. The basis for this is the result from the sorting of close to 10,000 t. If the mix is outside of the calculation basis established by us, we calculate the sorting and recycling separately.
