We accept all types of batteries (codes), whereby our focus is on alkaline-manganese, zinc-carbon, nickel-metal hydride batteries and mixed batteries. No apartment, office or factory can function without these batteries, but they place a burden on the environment due to their contents – if they are not professionally disposed of and recycled. And we are happy to take care of this for you.
Thanks to our many years of experience and our technical know-how, not only are we able to accept all types of batteries, but have developed various recycling procedures for individual battery types and their specific chemical composition. With alkaline-manganese batteries, for example, this enables us to feed over 90 percent of the recyclable material back into the cycle. A quota of which we are very proud.

Accepting
We take all types of batteries, for example alkaline-manganese, zinc-carbon or nickel-metal hydride. Thanks to the central location in the Rhine-Main region, the site is logistically very easy to reach for all transport carriers. The minimum acceptance amount is >5t in approved containers in accordance with transport and waste legislation.
Recycling
We recycle with maximum recycling efficiency and highly innovative processes. For example, thanks to innovative research and development, we are able to recover over 90 % of the recyclable material of alkaline-manganese batteries. This creates fair prices for our customers and conserves valuable resources.
Zero Waste
Zero Waste is already within reach. Intensive research by our very own R&D department along with support from universities, the use of cutting-edge technology and the knowledge and commitment of our employees are making our vision of a closed-loop battery circuit ever more realistic. In the area of portable batteries, our innovations have already made recycling efficiencies of up to 93 % possible.
